Hi! I’m Karen :)
I’m a traveling wedding coordinator and event planner with a passion for creating meaningful, beautifully organized celebrations. Based in Sussex County, New Jersey, I work with couples and clients both locally and beyond, providing planning support, event design, and hands-on coordination wherever their celebration takes them.
My experience includes wedding planning and coordination, event styling, vendor communication, timeline creation, décor planning, rentals, guest-list organization, RSVP management, and invitation design. Whether you’re planning an intimate wedding, a milestone celebration, a baby shower, or another special event, I’m here to help bring every detail together and make the experience feel as stress-free as possible.
I love turning ideas into thoughtfully planned events that reflect each client’s personality, priorities, and budget. From researching venues and vendors to organizing layouts, managing timelines, overseeing setup, and keeping everything running smoothly on the day of the event, my goal is to make sure you can be fully present and enjoy the moments that matter most.
While I’m based in New Jersey, I’m happy to travel for weddings and events. I also offer virtual planning services, allowing me to support clients regardless of location before joining them in person for their celebration.
When I’m not planning events, coordinating weddings, or dreaming up my next design, you’ll probably find me watching sports, tackling a DIY home project, spending time with my fiancé Sean, or cuddled up with my cat, Iker.
I’m also a Certified English–Spanish Translator, Notary Public, and Wedding Officiant serving the Sussex County, NJ area.

Karen has been a magical help to my looming wedding! From the second I first looked into booking her, she has been nothing but helpful, on top of everything, and so communicative! Shes my day-of coordinator, but shes gone above and beyond helping me, wrangling my vendors and asking all the questions that I honestly would've never thought to ask. I'm a very independent DIY bride, and as we got closer I was panicking with not knowing exactly what else I needed to do besides the obvious, and wondering how on earth I would be able to enjoy my day with a million and one things to make sure stayed on target and even more questions Im sure I'd get from guests and vendors all day. Finding her was a long shot but I think I am the luckiest bride for finding her when I did. She has reassured me, nudged me in the right direction, suggested things I wouldnt have given half a thought to - dancing flip flops for my guests, anyone?? Karen did an amazing job with my apartment. In just two days, and with only a $450 budget, she made the place look completely different.
Before, the apartment felt pretty empty and unfinished. Now it feels modern, clean, and actually put together. The black and gray style looks really nice and way more expensive than what we spent.
The bathroom especially looks like a whole new room, and the lighting made a huge difference. She also added a bed frame, which made the bedroom feel much more complete. On top of everything, she cleaned and organized the place before she left.
I’m honestly still surprised by how much she was able to do with such a small budget. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to make their place look better without spending a ton.
